Ductwork
Thermal Seal Duct is a new concept in ductwo rk where the inner metal duct and
the outer metal skin have a thermal barrier of injected closed cell polyurethane
foam, but still uses tried and proven construction methods This produces a
completely water and airtight duct that does not allow outside air to penetrate
the air handling system and keeps the internal treated air from escaping. Our
product is unique in the industry of HVAC where conventional ductwork allows a
5-10% air loss. Remember that air loss is a costly waste of energy and air
contamination can allow unwanted elements into your plant that can pollute your
work environment and product.
 A cost effective design and sizing for your duct system needs can be prepared.
We can design your ductwork from the beginning design through the finished duct
system. We do our design in 3-D CAD drawings that shows you “piece by piece”
details of what your duct system will look like. All duct pieces are cut on a CNC Plasma cutting system to ensure an accurate fit. Most of the injected
foaming is done in our plant with just a few small modular joints that need
foaming in the field. Installation can also be arranged.
 Although Thermal Seal Duct Systems is a new concept we have been in the business
of food production ductwork for 20 years and can provide a complete range of air
handling services. We can also perform Air Balancing Studies to help you correct
your air circulation problems. Thermal Seal Duct is a patent pending product.
